Receptionists are very pleasant and helpful. The G.P. last seen was not helpful and did not show respect to a person mentally and physically unwell. We went elsewhere to get help where we were treated with kindness and a health problem was quickly identified after a thorough investigation. The correct treatment, which may involve surgery, is being discussed after results of a further scan are received.

We are extremely fortunate and grateful for the support and care that Little Common Surgery offers. Having moved from London some years ago with very young children we have been frequently delighted by the fantastic service we have received from the whole team. If I was going to ask for any improvement it would be more appointments for those of us who work a distance away so need Saturday or evening slots.

Old Town surgery is the best practice I have ever been with (aged 68 and lived in Lancashire, London, West Midlands). Medically could not be better - from reception to practice nurses and doctors. The building is showing it's age but that is the only criticism I can think of.
